Holiday Cover

Holiday cover gives you the flexibility to go for that much-needed holiday or pursue outside short-term business commitments, safe in the knowledge that the Factotum team will handle your business in the usual, friendly professional manner.

Flexible Telephone Cover

There are times when your business may require short-term telephone cover as and when required, if for example your PBX or telephone line fails. 

We can divert your calls and customer queries, via your service provider, to us.

You can rest assured that your business continues uninterrupted whilst the problem is resolved.

Holiday Club

The Factotum Holiday Club provides cover for up to 4 weeks of the year.

We currently cover a number of receptions when the usual employee is on holiday or off sick.

This avoids the time and effort spent in training a temp whenever your receptionist is unavailable.
